1 jalapeño, cored. seeds optional (I kept most of mine.)
1/4 cup cilantro
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup white vinegar
Place all ingredients in a sterilized mason jar and shake vigorously. Store in a cool, dark place for at least 24 hours, and no longer than 48, shaking occasionally to make sure all the sugar is dissolved. Strain with cheesecloth or coffee filter into a second, clean glass container. Enjoy with your favorite spirit!

Spiced Pear Liqueur (from 'Wintry Pear Spritz'
'Spiced Pear Liqueur'
1 cup chopped pears (I used asian pears)
1 cup high proof vodka
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
3 whole cloves
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup chopped pears
1" pc fresh ginger, chopped
Put all ingredients from "PART A" in a mason jar. Store them in a cool, dark place for atleast 24 hours. Remove cinnamon stick, star anise, and cloves. Store again for another 24 hours.
After the first 24 hours, put all ingredients from "PART B" in a pot and simmer over low heat until all sugar dissolves. Turn off heat, and wait for syrup to cool. Strain the liquids from "PART A" and "PART B" into a clean bottle using cheesecloth. Store in the refrigerator.
1.25 Rosemary infused vodka
.5 oz St. Germaine
1 barspoon rose water
3 dashes orange bitters
Prosecco (to top)
Stir all ingredients (except the prosecco) with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe. Top with prosecco and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Nasty Woman Negroni
1 oz Cynar
1 oz Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro
1 oz Malfy Con Limon Gin
Stir with ice, strain, and serve over ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
